We see the instructor as an active partner in the success of proctored exams for Global Campus courses. 

There are two types of proctoring:

  • virtual proctoring, online exams that are supervised by a trusted third-party virtual proctoring service
  • on-site proctoring, exams that are either paper or online, supervised by an on-site proctor

Where students take their examA home location of their choice. Note: ProctorU requires a private, quiet location. The proctor's place of business.
When to schedule examsProctorU offers on-demand test taking so scheduling is not neededStudents should contact their preferred on-site proctor to schedule their exam. Students are also required to request their proctor through MyWSU. We recommend that students submit their request in MyWSU at least two weeks in advance.
