Note:

  • For every on-site proctored exam, students must schedule the exam with the proctor and complete the request form in MyWSU. 
  • Global Campus is not involved in the scheduling process and is only responsible for sending your exam materials to the proctor that you request. 

Once you’ve scheduled your exam with an on-site proctor you are required to follow the steps under the section that applies to you for every exam.

You are only able to complete the request form once for each exam. You will need to email paperexams@wsu.edu from your WSU email if you need:

  • The request form reset.
  • To cancel your on-site proctor request.

Want to Use a Previous On-Site Proctor?

  1. Log in to myWSU.
  2. From the Student Homepage select Manage Classes, then Global Campus Proctored Exams from the navigation menu.
  3. Choose the link for the exam you have scheduled with the on-site proctor. You will be directed to the Scheduling Proctored Exams web page, which will show your proctoring options for that exam.
  4. If you’ve scheduled the exam with a proctor you’ve used for a previous WSU exam, select Request a previous proctor.
    1. Indicate your exam date in the field provided.
    2. Select that proctor from the Proctor Location drop-down menu.
    3. If you want the exam sent to your proctor by a method other than standard mail, choose your exam delivery option. For info about delivery options, visit Exam Delivery to Proctor and Exam Return to WSU GCPS.

Need to Request a New On-Site Proctor?

  1. Log in to myWSU.
  2. From the Student Homepage select Manage Classes, then Global Campus Proctored Exams from the navigation menu.
  3. Choose the link for the exam you have scheduled with the on-site proctor. You will be directed to the Scheduling Proctored Exams web page, which will show your proctoring options for that exam.
  4. If you’ve scheduled your exam with a new proctor that you haven’t used for a previous WSU exam, Select Propose a new proctor.
    1. Indicate the exam date.
    2. Submit the contact info for the proctor who you have scheduled to proctor your exam. You’ll need to provide the proctor’s:
      1. First and last name
      2. Work title
      3. Company or school, and department
      4. Street address, city, state, zip code, and country
      5. Work phone and email address  
    3. Choose your exam delivery option. If you want the exam sent to your proctor by a method other than standard mail, select an option from the drop down menu. For exam delivery and return details, visit Exam Delivery to Proctor and Exam Return to WSU GCPS.

    Note: Once you enter the proctor’s information, it is saved. For future exams you will be able to select the proctor from a drop-down menu.
